2025 International Career Development Conference
High School DECA Results
The 2025 International Career Development Conference was a huge success for high school DECA members from around the world. With over 20,000 participants and 70 international countries represented, this conference was truly a global event.
During the four days of the conference, students had the opportunity to compete in various business and marketing events, as well as attend informational workshops and network with industry professionals. The competition was fierce as students showcased their skills in areas such as entrepreneurship, finance, hospitality and tourism, and marketing communications.
After months of preparation and hard work at the local and state level competitions, these young entrepreneurs were ready to take on the challenge of competing on an international stage. And they did not disappoint! North Dakota High School DECA members brought home numerous awards and earned recognition.
