As a team, it is our mission is to strengthen North Dakota DECA by creating an engaging environment where students can experience opportunities to prepare, compete, and thrive, all while enjoying the DECA experience!

We are excited to serve the members of North Dakota and help create lasting resources to make our chapters stronger at the local level. If we can do anything to help you or your Chapter get more out of your DECA year, please reach out! We want to hear from you.

Brynn Field

President

Brynn is a senior at West Fargo Sheyenne and is a third year DECA member. Outside of DECA, Brynn is involved in NHS, PaY, dance, and is the president of Sheyenne Student Council. Brynn enjoys meeting new people and establishing life lasting connections. Her favorite DECA memory was the woody drop at ICDC. After graduating, Brynn plans to attend college for Finance. Her parents are Jill and Patrick Field.

Hadley Frueh

Hadley is a third year DECA member and currently serves as state vice president of finance. She is a senior at Bismarck Century High School. Hadley is involved in wrestling, ELCA youth, and the Empower[ed] program at the Bismarck Career Academy. Her favorite DECA memory is when Troy Olson left her chapter at Universal Studios. She enjoys painting, crossword puzzles, and pickleball. You can catch Hadley at the pool saving lives and teaching swim lessons or in the stands cheering on her little sister, Harper, on the volleyball court. After High school her plans are to serve the Lord and help people across the globe.

 

Lillian Eastman

Lillian is a Senior at Devils Lake High School. She is a fourth year DECA member. Outside of DECA Lillian is involved in FCCLA.. Lillian has worked in childcare for 4 years and is employed at two childcare centers. She has an 11 year old younger brother and her mother is Penny Morin. Lillian plans to attend college after high school for Pre-Med. Her favorite DECA memory is being elected as a state officer at state last year. Lillian is your Vice President of Hospitality.

Megan Morrissey

Megan is a senior at Fargo South and a 4th year DECA member. Along with DECA Megan is involved in National Honor Society, Soccer, and National Technical Honor Society. Her favorite DECA memory was winning first place at state in 2024 and going to 2024 ICDC in Anaheim. Megan has a younger brother, named Eric. Megan’s plans after high school are to go to college for Marketing. Her parents are Rhonda and Tim Morrissey.

Riley Anderson

Riley is a senior at Grand Forks Central and a 4th-year DECA member. He is involved in baseball, tennis, and the National Honor Society. His favorite Deca memory is campaigning and meeting new people. He has a younger brother named Knight, and plans to attend the University of North Dakota for marketing. He is your Vice President of Career Development. His parents are Chad and Amber Anderson.

Harnoor Johal

Harnoor is a senior at West Fargo High School and a third-year member of DECA. Outside of DECA, Harnoor is involved in cross country, basketball, track, speech, debate, student congress, PaY, and National Honors Society. Her favorite part about DECA is getting to know everyone and meeting new people. Harnoor plans on going to college to pursue a dual degree in mechanical engineering and business. Her parents are Rajwinder Kaur and Lakhwinder Singh.

Alex Chislii

Alex is a junior at Mandan High School, he is a third year DECA member, not only is he is DECA, but also many public speaking clubs such as; Debate, Student Congress, Speech, and more clubs, his favorite DECA memory was being elected state officer and attending the 2025 international career development conference in Orlando Florida, his plans for latter is to attention to his future and go to college, he is your North Dakota state vice president of organization.

  1. Secure sponsors in North Dakota for the year; amount $7,000.
  2. Collaborate with businesses
  3. Building a partnership with Buffalo Wild Wings

COMMUNITY SERVICE

  1. Increase awareness for MDA
  2. Encourage local chapters to conduct community service projects
  3. Increase community service hours/fundraising across the state
